I founded Confetti Coaching because I believe personal growth should feel like a celebration, not a chore. After years of supporting others through early‑childhood education and community programs, I realized how many adults had lost their sense of wonder, play, and possibility. Coaching became my way to help people reconnect with that colorful version of themselves—the one who still believes life can sparkle.
 

My approach blends creativity, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence to help clients find clarity, confidence, and purpose. We don’t just talk about goals—we throw confetti on progress, honor the small wins, and learn to live with playful intention.
 

Whether you’re reinventing yourself, nurturing your wellbeing, or walking through a difficult season, you’ll find our sessions to be a blend of curiosity, compassion, and a little bit of magic.

When I’m not coaching, you can find me dancing in the kitchen, painting, exploring nature with my son, or planning the next confetti‑filled adventure with my family.
